Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HousePickleball.com (“Site”) and/or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract.

Account & Password

If you create an account, you’re responsible for maintaining its security and for all activity under it.

Order Process

• Placing an Order. You submit your design (if custom) and payment details.
• Order Confirmation. We email you an order number and summary.
• Proof Approval. For custom paddles only (see §1.6).
• Fulfillment & Shipping. Once production’s done, we ship per our Shipping Policy.

Payment Terms

All prices are in USD. Payment is due in full at time of order (or upon proof approval for customs). We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and select other methods.

Custom Paddle Orders & User-Submitted Designs

Submission of Designs

By uploading artwork (“Your Design”), you represent that you own all rights or have permission, and it doesn’t infringe any third-party rights or laws. You grant House Pickleball, Inc. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable license solely to

• Manufacture your custom paddle.
• Promote that paddle (e.g. display on our Site or social media). This license ends once production and any related promotion are complete. Any other use requires your prior written consent.

Right to Refuse

We may, at our sole discretion, reject or cancel any custom order—without liability—if Your Design fails our review (e.g. for copyright, obscenity, or brand misalignment).

Proof Approval

• We’ll send you a digital proof within 2 business days of order.
• You must confirm the proof in writing (email reply) before we begin production.
• After approval, orders cannot be changed or canceled.

Pricing & Fees

Custom pricing is quoted per order and due upon proof approval. Additional charges (e.g. rush fees, setup) will be disclosed up front.

Cancellation & Changes

Standard (non-custom) orders may be canceled within 24 hours; custom orders cannot be canceled after proof approval.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless House Pickleball, Inc. and its affiliates from any claims, losses or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or Your Design.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

No Warranty

All products are provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we won’t be liable for any indirect or consequential damages, even if advised of the possibility.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
