Shipping Policy

• Processing Time: 3-5 business days for in-stock items; 14 days for custom paddles after proof approval.
• Domestic (US): USPS or UPS Ground (3–7 business days).
• International: Options and rates calculated at checkout (7–21 business days).

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

Standard Products:

• Eligible within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.
• Contact support@housepickleball.com for an RMA number; you cover return shipping.
• We’ll inspect and issue a refund (minus original shipping) or exchange.

Custom Paddles:

• All custom sales are final once proof is approved and production begins—no returns or exchanges.
